Sometimes inspiration is right in front of you its "life" "nature" and how new and innovative this can be?. Realizing world again the origin of creativity that can be pictured on living clothes. "Origami Flowers". I'm talking about a collection, a project of mine that realized in 2006 when searching origami pleats. It's difficult to find a way to apply one art to the other because origami has only to do with 3d pleated immitations of life like crane or frog made up from a single square paper. While working this project looking at the unfolded pleat patterns and the finished origami model you can see such a geometry and economy in the constructions. Us if nature itself has it's own rules for creating things only one way the most simple easy working. I was infront of the great mystery of nature's creativity.The phenomenona of nature take forms and sizes that are allowed to maintain forces under control. Simple mathematical laws dictate every one of these patterns. Geometry as a clever negotiator works through compromise to keep the energy and entropy on sufficient levels. Nature uses maths for every construction from flowers to humans why not and clothes? But how this can be applied in clothes? Pleats are used in clothes but maybe only Vionnet could understood this beauty of nature and had the ways to make the same way fashion. Sniking in the origami world Ι found a programm for the PC from Alex Batteman that can make origami tesselated patterns Ι'm talking about pleats in tesselation made up from a single fabric with no cut. So I worked on this program and made some new pleated patterns for my own that can easily transformed in to clothes with the same geometry and creativity us nature creates. Also Eric Gjerde has been a very good help for me with his works and his precious advices and guideance. All the origami world was full of innovative constructions to be more specific beautifull ways to create that can be set to many applies. This organic order reminds us the way we should create. Living in times where climate changes become continuously observable, energy questions are expressed. As nature reacts through climate conditions reminds us that we repeatedly forget it, behaving chaotically, with benefit, without planning and memory. A need of balancing qualities, a respect of origin and procedures is necessary. The economy and the arrangement of the pleats in the clothes wants only to inspire natural attitudes of creativity, love for nature, respect to the centuries of creation. This flower skirts want only to say thank you. But know it’s time to think how we love Spring but mainly our children so that they will not learn flowers only by origami constructions.

Μερικές εικόνες ίσως βοηθήσουν να μπούμε στο κλίμα των τάσεων για τον επόμενο χειμώνα. κάποιες γραμμές κ χρώματα θα ξεκαθαρίσουν το τοπίο. Ισως μερικα links μας κατατοπίσουν ακόμα καλύτερα. Πιστεύω στα μπορντο γλυκά χρώματα κ στα καμμένα πορτοκαλί. Τα καρό είναι μόδα οπώς κ άλλες ανδρικές υφάνσεις. Ποτέ μην ξεχνάτε τα φλουο χρώματα.
